An Extraordinary Fitness newsletter for Extraordinary times
Greetings from Balfour Street,
Here is an extraordinary newsletter for extraordinary times. With the unfolding circumstances, we are seeing so much kindness in the world. Spring is springing and we have a strong community. Positivity is definitely the way forward.
Now is a good time for us to reconnect with our bodies, with our home life, our spirit and our souls. Eating well and staying moving are essential for good health, no matter the circumstance. The backbone of fitness is exercising you can do anywhere, just using your body. With 15 years of experience teaching people how to get fit from home, I’m in an ideal position to help. My message to BBC Radio Scotland this morning was to “hide the biscuits!” (listen again here, hopefully).
For the next three weeks (until 14 April) I’m offering 15 minute 1 2 1 Skype or Zoom workouts / motivation sessions, free or by donation. Just email me with when you need a pick-me-up, and I’ll email you back with a suggested time.
Coco the Fitness Pug has been more active on her Facebook page and she’ll also guest on Skype / Zoom workouts, just like in the studio! But different…
“Your body is your resource. Treat it well and you can flourish, even in trying times.”
Drop me a line anytime and stay awesome,
