No better example of her commitment and support than her swift switch to virtual one to one PT sessions to keep me motivated in Lockdown. I wasn’t sure how these would work out but they’ve been fab and a welcome weekly fix of upbeat and tailored exercise (and camera means Tracy can still pull you up on any lazy posture or form, so no slacking!).
I’ve discovered a whole range of ways to train at home with some improvised equipment and some handy stretches for combating the discomfort of working at home.
