A block of five webcam Personal Training sessions broadcast from Griffen Fitness, for one person. Recommended start point for all new clients to see meaningful results, suitable for webcam sessions only.
Includes free consultation before your first PT session, all workouts (nutritional guidance optional) emailed to you. Email support in between sessions included in package.
Not available for outdoor or studio sessions (1 hour minimum).
