The wait is over… PT sessions now available.

Sometimes it’s good to wait, and sometimes it’s good to take action.

Now is a time to take action, as the Griffen Fitness studio waitlist has cleared and we have availability for new clients to get fit… and enjoy it! So if you’ve been toying with the idea of getting fit, or returning to fitness in 2022, now is the time to act.

The process is easy, simply click on the ‘Free Consultation’ button to send an email directly to Tracy, who will arrange a convenient time for an obligation-free phone consultation. It just may be the impetus you need.

If you decide to go ahead with PT sessions with Tracy, she’ll schedule in a time and date for your first session. The first session is always the easiest and we can look at your goals, nutrition and cardio, plus stretching - all in the first hour. Each session builds on the session before, so you’ll see progress as you go.

Email support and motivation in between sessions is included as part of the block. Most new clients book in for a five session block, that covers everything from nutrition to cardio, strength, stretching plus lifestyle tips and advice. You’ll receive a free copy of Get Fit and Enjoy It included in the price. Plus the use of a fully private fitness studio, complimentary organic mint tea, towels and access to discounted exercise equipment. Sessions are £50 each, or £250 for the block of five.
