Off Peak (9.00am until 5.30pm)

  • £200 for initial five session block: This includes nutritional information, a FREE Healthy Living Yearbook (RRP £9.99) and a comprehensive personalised workout emailed to you with support between sessions.
  • £40 per top up session (or additional sessions can be block booked)

Peak (before 9.00am or 5.30pm onwards)

  • £225 for initial five session block: This includes nutritional information, a FREE Healthy Living Yearbook (RRP £9.99) and a comprehensive personalised workout emailed to you with support between sessions.
  • £45 per top up session (or additional sessions can be block booked)
