Personal Training Prices

Personal Training is an investment in YOU. Not only will you get a brilliant workout tailored to your fitness level, but you will learn how to stay in shape. Over a block of five sessions you will learn how to exercise effectively and safely without a gym, and also how to eat for energy. You’ll have your personalised workout and nutritional information emailed to you, with full email support in between sessions too!

Off Peak (9.00am until 5.30pm)

  • £200 for initial five session block: This includes nutritional information, a FREE Healthy Living Yearbook (RRP £9.99) and a comprehensive personalised workout emailed to you with support between sessions.
  • £40 per top up session (or additional sessions can be block booked)

Peak (before 9.00am or 5.30pm onwards)

  • £250 for initial five session block: This includes nutritional information, a FREE Healthy Living Yearbook (RRP £9.99) and a comprehensive personalised workout emailed to you with support between sessions.
  • £50 per top up session (or additional sessions can be block booked)

Double Up and Save money! Two people

  • £45 off peak, £55 peak, with at least one session individually to ensure your personal goals are met whilst working out with a mate.

  • Griffen Fitness offers monthly drop-in group sessions, Personal Training in a small group, £10. Check out the Events page
