This is not a gym. The private studio of Griffen Fitness is truly private, and it’s all yours. With over fourteen years of experience under her belt, Personal Trainer Tracy bought her own studio and designed it to feel like your own living room. No treadmills or machines to be seen! After all, Tracy focuses on teaching you how to effectively exercise anywhere, anytime without loads of fancy equipment.
Usually new clients book in for a five session block. This gives us enough time to cover all the material you need to know to be motivated and independently exercising with your own personalised fitness programme. Whether a novice or experienced exerciser, you will see meaningful results over this timeframe.
This includes nutritional information and a comprehensive workout emailed to you, and support between sessions. Training with Griffen Fitness truly is personal.
If, after five sessions you would like more guidance, you can book in for more sessions. Single sessions for new clients with specific requirements may be available, upon request.
