I embarked on Personal Training sessions with Tracy in October 2010 with a goal of maintaining my fitness despite having Parkinson’s disease. Tracy encouraged me to maintain my range of motion, balance and activity levels; and beyond my expectations, my fitness levels actually improved. She is a knowledgeable and empathetic instructor, who was a positive influence on my outlook, and I’d like to commend her on a job well done.
