Personal Trainer Tracy is the author of two fitness books, Get Fit & Enjoy It: Learn Effective Exercise without a Gym, and the Healthy Living Yearbook. ‘Get Fit & Enjoy It’ was published in lockdown 2020 and teaches readers how to get fit from home with minimal equipment… and maximal results. The ‘Healthy Living Yearbook’ is a seasonal guide to eating and exercising with the Scottish seasons - it’s packed with easy healthy recipes and realistic fitness tips (2011).

Both books are available from our online shop, the Leith studio and selected independent Edinburgh retailers.
