My aim is to offer the very best fitness training to you, using minimal equipment. The only difference is the camera. Otherwise I’m right there with you watching your form and giving encouragement, with Coco the Fitness Pug.
Half hour sessions are £20 each, with a FREE consultation call before we start. You can book sessions via the Quick Contact form below. There is a short medical form to complete prior to first session, with a food diary and lifestyle questionnaire optional.
