I’m very excited about its publication as it’s the book I’ve been wanting to write since I started Personal Training fifteen years ago. I have been working hard on it this year, and am delighted that it is now available to buy online.
One of my motivations for writing this book is to teach people how to easily get fit without lots of fancy equipment. We all have it in our bodies to be fit and healthy, and this is especially important during these times.
I see a lot of information out there that’s either misleading, or pitched to expert exercisers. Most of us aren’t elite athletes and this book is aimed at reluctant or lapsed exercisers. If you’ve ever wanted to get fit from home, but don’t know where to start, this is the perfect book for you.
